Seven new designs for my Phillies TTM custom set. Contrary to the jokes my partner and her friends, I wasn't around to see Curt Simmons and the 1950 Wiz Kids. Simmons was called to duty in the Army during the Korean War, but was on leave for the World Series. The Phillies didn't petition to have Simmons added to the postseason roster, and got swept in 5 in an incredibly low scoring series. It's a excruciating "what if" to wonder how the series would have been different with Curt Simmons on the bump for Game 1.
